About Khaocha
The bar is
a kitchen
table
Khaocha started at home, one whisk at a time, a small green habit that outgrew the counter. We make stone-ground matcha and silky banana pudding in tiny batches, then bring the bar to you: private tables, quiet pop-ups, made the morning of.
The short of it
Good things
steep slow
We're not a storefront and we're not trying to be. Khaocha is a home bar, a two-person operation that believes a cup should taste like someone made it on purpose. The matcha is whisked, never blended flat. The pudding is layered by spoon.
Because everything is made to order, we keep the list short and the batches small. What's ready is what's good that day. When it's gone, it's gone, and that's part of the fun.
What we make
Stone-ground matcha
Ceremonial-grade, whisked by hand and poured over cream or ice. Bright, grassy, never bitter, the kind of green that wakes you up gently.
Silky banana pudding
Real banana, folded slow, set soft and wobbly. Spooned into cups and finished with whatever's in season. Comfort food that happens to be beautiful.
How we work
Small batches
We make what we can make well. Limited numbers, whisked and set the same day you'll drink them.
Made to order
Nothing sits. You reserve, we prep, and the bar arrives fresh, no shelf life, no shortcuts.
By invitation
Private tables and pop-ups only, for now. Follow along or reach out to set a date.
